Good Start Prayer

Life is the ultimate of wholeness, and it's always creating.

It is creating out of sheer joy of making something new out of uniformed substance.

All that I see was once merely and idea, so I know that the universe if fluid … no matter how things appear.

Life is always moving ahead toward greater harmony within itself. Even when things seem chaotic, what is really happening is that a new degree of order is being generated.

I clearly state my intent for what my life shall contain and become. I focus not on what I do not want, but life my vision toward that which I am willing and ready to incorporate into my experience.

I remember the fluidity of life and know that at any instant Life can flow into the forms I create, by continually attending and being open to the possibility of the present moment.

I give thanks for the generous and creative nature of this universe and know that only good and more good can come from it all.

I let me life become a Blessing to all people.

And so it is.

Mortgage Foreclosure, Part 1

There are many lawful resources to help people keep their homes.  The ones listed are ones where I have used all or part of their content. Mostly I have found it necessary to take material that more these sites very graciously offer and tailor it to my needs. I am not a lawyer and I've done extensive research for projects I have worked on to help clients understand what is lawful.  There is a big difference between what is lawful and what is legal.

Best website I have found. It has docs you can download and use, resource material for education, court cases, and many decent links. While he is based in Phoenix, most docs can be used in any state once you understand the process he suggests to follow which is fairly easy to pick up.

Download the audio sessions dealing with foreclosure and use the separate link on that page to download the docs that go with them. This is very useful for understanding what foreclosure is, how to protect yourself, and have the banks prove they have a lawful claim.

I believe there is a silver lining in the mortgage debacle currently underway. All of us who have efforted to be part of the "American Dream" took our hands off the steering wheel when it came to our mortgage. We left it so someone other that we (isn't that a song...?)  to figure out the financing and we blindly signed the docs - yup I did it too.

It seems to me this is a wake-up call from our Light brothers and Light sisters: we need to put ourselves back in charge of our entire life and work honestly with each other, rather than allowing our transactions to be profit motivated. This sounds simple but "being" it will require us to shift our way of "doing" life in a big way.

Now, people from all walks of life are learning aspects of law and them self by having to interact with the mortgage mess. My hope is that this self learning will cultivate a new awareness in us ... instead of just a new belief that bankers are bad people. The bankers only propagated the mortgage fiasco because we let them by not paying attention to the details. In the new world, I call heartful living, that is upon us we must take the time to hone our skill at paying very close attention to the details within us because that is where life starts.

I am happy to be posting this blog in an effort to contribute to and positively influence the ways and methods in which I, and hopefully you, will practice receiving and giving in transactions done with other people, groups, and businesses. 

At this juncture in time is seems most appropriate to bring as much conscious effort as possible to each activity that you and I do during the course of each day. In so doing and being we 1) reap the immediate benefits of feeling satisfied and nurtured and 2) plant the long term benefit of building a path for our journey that leads to inner satisfaction. 

These are wild times we live in and they are also special. Each day seems to uncover another icon that has become questionable in one way or another. The biggest one at the moment is the business of how mortgages are done.  So, even during this time of upheaval in outward circumstances - the most important aspect to maintain about living is keeping an open heart by being respectful and peaceful while also having the courage to protect what is lawfully right.
